Hi ladies,

Hangin on a Saturday. Rainy so far, but I have hope it will clear up.

Annette - Exercise addiction, hmmmm. I know I have an obsession, but to me it is a healthy obsession. Can I survive without a day of working out? Yes, but I feel sooooo much better when I do, so I will always strive for that endorphin rush. JMO.

Today was Intensity - Don't have it so I subbed Peak 10 Interval Burn. Sweaty puddle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I did an Afterburn premix single intervals 1-10. Then I moved onto Meso 1 disc 7 (no warm up 'cos did cardio) but blew off the last set on account of running outta steam. I might do some abs later. I've got the midlife spread happening - despite maintaining a fairly respectable waist size.

It's raining here too. I love the rain - except what it does to my hair. And Conni - I straightened my hair yesterday (your response came too late) but the rain got to it and ruined it! a waste indeed!

Hi ladies it's overcast here, muggy, and it rained earlier today. Still not 100%. Lots of stuff rattling in my chest and head is draining. Still can't taste anything. Taking this time to rest but I know what u mean about workout addiction. I have not worked out for one week and I feel guilty, sluggish, and def see my middle spreading.

Great job on the workouts Cathletes!

Carmen - I hope you feel better, it sounds like you are just miserable, although I seriously doubt your middle is spreading!!!

Siobhan - Colored my hair yesterday in your honor..no not blond, bright red! Then I can blend into the Fall season...:D

Annette - Another side not to this addiction thing. I recognize my "issues" and deal accordingly. I have never and will never own a scale. I can get obsessed about those numbers and it could drive me to do unhealthy things. I guess that is all a part of it, isn't it?

Today was Triset Upper Body - I am not fond of the trisets in the LIS series, so I did 4DS Upper Body premix, then Amy's Ab section 1.

Hi everyone,

Annette - for a minute there I thought you were posting a weekend workout. My DH doesn't workout on the weekend much either - too busy.

Conni - Trisets is a bit 'meh' for me too but I do it sometimes.

Carmen - I'm with Conni - I am sure there is no 'spreading' happening. It just feels like it sometimes when we can't workout so I know what ya mean. I hope you feel up for something today or tomorrow. Try Cathe's MMA Boxing. It's fun, not tough and short. Time flies by with that one.

Today me and the family went for a nice long walk in high park. The girls would only go if we promised them a hot chocolate and bagel for breakfast.

I just finished Breathless Body 2 the Edge (yikeserama) + the first half of Catwalk confidence by emily spichal (who does v-core). I really like her workouts.

Now back to house chores. Enjoy the rest of the day everyone.
 
Good Sunday ladies! Today I felt better than I have in a few days. I did TF fire starter used the weighted gloves for the first 10-12 min of that workout and really worked it. After I added a12 min abs workout of 50 sec work and 10 sec rest, and did TF stretch 10 class. It was a good workout.

Connie I'd love to see a pic of ur hair color. Sounds beautiful.

Overcast here and muggy it's like a sauna out there!
