Hi Everyone,

Today I did another Yvette Bachman and more Michael Olajide. I have barely been working out, unfortunately. I've been struggling with a low mood for the last couple of weeks. I had an issue going on at work (accused of something I did not do - and, was vindicated - so stupid). It really set me back psychologically. I've been down. I am just trying to lick my wounds, find a lesson in it all and move on.

I hope to be back at it, slowly as I am putting very little pressure on myself. Funny, when I don't work out - I lose weight :) cos I eat so much when working out!

Anyway.... glad to see you all still checking in. Thanks annette for always keeping it going (and everyone else).

have a good day. I am working most of the day today and have a friend coming in from out of town for the night. i hope to see you all tomorrow!
 
Hi girls, hope everyone has a good weekend. Just finished doing a DVD mix from Kelly's Strength & Stamina.
That DVD has a bonus step workout, so I programmed step chapters with weights chapters from Workouts 1&2, making For a good 30 min. Circuit.

Siobhan - I am sorry to hear about your troubles at work. Sounds real hard and I can imagine it will be draining. I hope your family and friends are a good support for you.

Friday I had a rest day. Today, Saturday I have had an active day. I went for a walk in the morning, did Bulk Shoulders and went into town with Mick and my stepdaughter to get Magnus's mobile repaired and I ended up walking lots... 15.000 steps and of course buying more books for Mick at TK Maxx. They had the whole Thomas the Tank Engine collection in English for 25 euros for 35 books. Now that is a bargain! Magnus had maybe 4 of them when he was younger, but now Mick will have them all!

It's been over 20 degrees today, so we have been outdoors all day, even now in the evening. We have a small camp fire going and just relaxing. Perhaps I will grab some marshmallows to roast in a bit!

Hi everyone! Siobhan I'm sorry someone was evil to you. It's tough being questioned like that but I'm glad you came out on top. That happened to me at work once and it STILL burns my ass when I think about it. Just be the better person and carry on.

Linda, so nice to see you. I'm glad you're doing some workouts or anything that brings you joy. Sometimes it simply feels good to move.

Henriette your evening sounds wonderful!! What time should I arrive? I love doing things that are so comforting and relaxing.

Today was Patrick Goudeau Lean Hot body. I love him and his workouts.

We're going to see an Agatha Christie play tonight called "A murder is announced". I love a good story.

Henriette, sounds like a bargain to me, Mick will enjoy them.

Peg, Aqua girl, Missy and anybody else lurking, hi and great workouts.

I just finished my Silver Sneakers instructor training online course and passed with a 92.8 % . Had to make at least a 70% to pass. I missed 3, not bad. Better score on it than on my national certification. I will have to remove only 1 exercise from my weight routines, can't do double arm overhead triceps using dumbbells.

Hey all, overdid it today. I did an hour and twenty minutes of step (Cathe's new live step and the Next Step). I have the next step down, so I'm going to start a new dvd . Maybe not tomorrow. I did 30 minutes of UB weights and then got on the bike for 30 minutes. I'm toast. Not sure I will be able to do anything tomorrow!
 
Oh, Siobhan, I am very glad that things have been resolved at your work. So sorry you have been struggling with this.....sounds quite anxiety triggering to me. You have such a generous spirit to be helping others all of the time and I just admire your sensible approach to problems. Hope your eating patterns get back on track as well as your workplace. Take easy care.

Today's workout agenda was a 20 min. YouTube rowing & weights workout, a 30 min. Elliptical & weights
Workout and an approx 15 min. Rebounder workout.

Last night I ended up with a blender boot camp workout and another Kelly mix from Cardio Pump. Oh, also did
A short chest workout. Oh well, helps keep my mind from working overtime!
 
Hi all!

Sunday was another lovely warm day. I went for 3 long walks, totaling over 18,000steps and I did Cathe Live Lift it, HiiT it.

Despite still having to do the normal weekend chores the weather and BBQ on both days made it feel like a mini holiday!

Unfortunately it is now back to work and I have a cold. Sniff sniff.
