Good Saturday Morning friends,

Today I did Xtrain burnsets chest/back/shoulders + 20 minutes of a tank top arms upper body weights workout from Grokker.com. I just love Grokker!

Break a leg today Conni and DS.

It's raining but at least it's saturday!

Hi ladies Great Saturday to you! I did day 2 of the total body KB workout by Marcus Martinez. there are lunges while holding the KB overhead on this one and explosive squat jumps. Really spikes the heart rate.

I hope everyone has a very nice evening.
