Hi ladies,

Running on adrenaline here, not much sleep last night due to the show and DS's after party. He didn't get home until after 12:00am, so I am dragging today.
Great opening, sold out show and it was fantastic! Two more to go.

Today was Bob Harpers Ultimate Cardio , then Patricks Anytime Abs from 24/7.

Getting chores done, but I seem to be moving slower today...hmmm
 
Hi Conni,

I am checking in late today. Not feeling so hot and just hung out with DH which was nice (well for a short while - the guy is a workaholic!).

I am just finishing up Cathe's PUB - standing work only + Cathe's Cardiosupersets step premix only (man that's tough). I am going to do a little yoga now just to stretch and gather a little awareness of the self.

Carmen - loving the wig. It looks soooooo natural and you suit straight hair. In fact, you looked very happy with that look. I say go with very happy!

Conni - you are a proud mom. how nice for you. your son sounds quite talented - no doubt like his mom.

have a good evg ladies. I am staying in. was out last night - which might explain feeling not so hot today!

Hi Ladies its 7:25 pm Saturday evening. Just finished a light dinner and had a "smart cookie" for dessert. They are sooooo good. I get them at the BJ's club. The are made of vegtables and you would not know it!

Today I did TJ Cardio party, loved it.

S - Nice workout for not feeling so hot. And thank you for the nice words. I'm having fun with my new look this weekend.

C - You inspire me to workout!! Sounds like a very nice time for your family last night.

Ladies - I got to get my eating cleaned up. I'm starting with a "drink more water" challenge. For tomorrow I will drink water all day as much as I can.....are you in with me?

Hi Ladies,

I am checking in late 'cos I worked out late. Today I did Tracey Staehle's Walking Stronger - I modified a lot (well to go harder and with weights 'cos I am not into walking sideways or backwards right now). That said - was a good walking workout on the treadmill.

I moved onto Exhale Core Fusion: Pilates Plus 4/5 segments. I could not go on.

What a busy day.... DH working non-stop 'cos it's tax season. I disturbed him with my workout.

Carmen - YES!!! I need help. Sure, I can workout every day but I cannot stay away from sugar these months. What is that about????? My girls made/decorated a cake today + made those cake pops you see in starbucks - all from scratch! so you can imagine hours and hours in the kitchen today + all the sugar and flour on the floor and all the TASTE TESTING!!!!! I need an intervention. I'm in. I will commit to minimizing my sugar intake to one small treat a day 'cos I am indulging 3+ times a day lately. Once per day as a start and then I will lessen that in 1-2 weeks.
