Hi ladies,

Siobhan - You are really hitting your workouts hard, I am sure those would kill me!

Oh, I am so excited for the show. I am just itching to get up there and run a rehearsal, but I refrain, and it gets painful. DS knows how much I could contribute, but he also wants me to be "mom", so that is what I do at this point. He is going to be sooo good, I don't think he even realizes it, but that is okay.

Today was Crossfire plus core. Good sweaty mess.

Took DH to eye doc this morning, he even ventured over to Hobby Lobby for a look around at some décor for the family room. He hasn't been out like that for over a year. He even wore jeans!
We are ever hopeful and grateful for those few hours. I hope he doesn't crash now.
Off to painting......!

Today I did Jari Love's new Extremely Ripped and Chiseled upper body. It clocked in at 1 hour.

I might do some yoga later...

Hi everyone,

This morning I did a mishmosh - that happens when I am unfocused. Today I did Jari's Extremely Ripped and Chiseled Lower Body (just the first 20 minutes cos the rest is chest and back). Next I did 10 minutes of TTM but my foot was really hurting so stopped. Then I moved onto Tonique Premier and did 25 minutes - wow - that is a major heart pumper. I am really liking tonique - I didn't think I would but I do.

I think you have me beat in the workout variety category! You have been doing some incredible mishmashes lately. Props to you. I need to look up Tonique and see what it is..

Today was Xtrain Legs, my favorite leg workout actually. No squats or heavy stuff, just really good toning.

Changing over my closet this morning, then doing some stuff outside hopefully, it is going to be nice day.

DH wants to hit Handels for some homemade ice cream ( the sign for the Blueberry Cobbler did him in..), I hope he is up to it.
