Whoohooo I get to start the weekend check in.

Today was the 8 minutes Taebo (which is really 11) and then did 17 minutes of the Taebo Advanced Abs and Glutes which I hadn't tried in YEARS.

I will feel it tomorrow.

Today was afterburn and Ab Hits All Step abs. Kicked my butt!
 
Ooh I did an. Afterburn premix moves 1-10 + pure strength legs standing portion only + short Pilates segment.

Hi ladies, today I did gym style legs, quite a tough one!!! So I completed the gym style series this week. Just preparing for Sts (in afew months I guess). Yesterday was un involuntary rest day: too many things to do. Tomorrow a bit of cooking and longer sleep and maybe Intensity. Will let you know. Enjoy your week end...
 
Good Sunday! Today I did the step portion only of Intensity, as I was really fatigue... Next week It'll be a challenge to find the time for my workouts, as my father will have his surgery on Thursday so next week will be tiring for sure... He is going to have an artificial prothesis implanted on his left hip, lets hope he will be able to walk better after this...
 
Just wanted to share a mo ent with you to remember and pray for all thise who were brutally killed in Paris. I really can't understand how it is possible to kill peppople and destroy lives in the name of God. Nonsense
 
Good morning everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 1 Back/triceps + 20 minutes of Caseey Ho Pilates. I just love her. My thutt is sooooooooo sore from yesterday's Pure Strength Legs - whoa.

Sandy, France has had a year of tragedies. It's unbearable, really, to think of the recent attacks. It's all over the news here. I pray for the victims and the attackers.

Best of luck to your dad and I hope you manage a short workout or two this week.

On a lighter note: great workouts this weekend everyone.
