Hi ladies - Sorry I've been MIA. No workouts Thurs or Fri with my work schedule and today no workout either. :(

Connie - I thought my jeans were tigher around the butt too. When did cathe mention water gain?

Hi Carmen,

I am sorry you've missed workouts. No doubt you are walking your dogs.

This morning I did Anni's Fierce Force - the first 3 segments which comes in at around 50 minutes. Gawwwsh I hate that workout. It's sooooooooo boring for me. I will try it once more in about 1 year and see how I feel:rolleyes:.

Next, I did 100 Rep Challenges - Scarecrows and Lat raises. Then I pulled out Exhale Core Fusion Energy Flow and did the stretch segment.

Good morning everyone,

This morning I did 35 minutes of Horizontal Conditioning Bootcamp (yikes). I modified and just cannot get through that workout. Conni - how you did this one all the way through - I do not know. I added on the first round from MMA Boxing and called it a day. I hope to do some yoga later for stretching.
