I got all my thanksgiving stuff Friday, my grocery budget went out the window on that trip. I am not a happy camper, but what can you do?
Tammy - Rest day today, I will do a step workout tomorrow to sub for Power Max, which fortunately I don't have.
Today was TLT Endurance for Movement. Let me tell you that was a tough workout. Tracie really works the muscles in a different way than Cathe does, and it really kicks my butt. She uses paper plates for gliding disks and you end up working muscles that you didn't realize you had. Nice, solid workout.
Having the Inlaws over today for pasta and football. I am not dreading Monday too bad, it is a short week, yeah!
