Daily Check-In Weekend Edition 11/21 - 11/22

Hi All!

Since our check-in doesn't get much action on the weekends I thought I would make one thread for the entire weekend.

Today is MuscleMax. After that it is the usual chores and cleaning. What's everyone up to?
 
Hey Tammy,

MM all done and feeling good. You want to hear something funny? I actually dropped my dumbbell on the plie (pass 1 -2 pass 1-2)! I said "well, that's a first"!

Today I scrubbed my family room carpet and area rug, went to Target and the Library, am now getting ready to make another batch of cookies, and watching the OSU/Michigan game. Isn't everybody?
 
Tammy, great idea with the weekend check in!

I did C&W cardio, abs and then 20 mins of stretching. It went really well. there are some moves I need to modify but I am amazed at the healing power of my body! Tomorrow, I may attempt some upper body - not sure yet.

Conni, did you drop the DB on yourself? I hope not!

Cleaning for me today too. I need to make my Thanksgiving meal list along with my shopping list.

PowerMax for me today. I can't even remember the last time I did that one.

Phyllis ~ Hope you had a nice Saturday. Did you get all the stuff you need for Thanksgiving?

Conni ~ As always, you had a very accomplished Saturday. I ended up doing the MM timesaver...56 minutes...not exactly the timesaver I was looking for :confused:

Phyllis - No, I dropped the stupid dumbbell on the floor..still a chuckle..
I got all my thanksgiving stuff Friday, my grocery budget went out the window on that trip. I am not a happy camper, but what can you do?

Tammy - Rest day today, I will do a step workout tomorrow to sub for Power Max, which fortunately I don't have.

Today was TLT Endurance for Movement. Let me tell you that was a tough workout. Tracie really works the muscles in a different way than Cathe does, and it really kicks my butt. She uses paper plates for gliding disks and you end up working muscles that you didn't realize you had. Nice, solid workout.

Having the Inlaws over today for pasta and football. I am not dreading Monday too bad, it is a short week, yeah!
 
Conni ~ I have a few of those TLT workouts, I'm going to have to dig them out. Enjoy your football watching and YAY! for a short work week :D:D
