I hope everyone feels better today.
I ended up doing 2 Shine Dance Fitness w/o's today. 1 before my son's game and one tonight. They were definitely not sweat fests like most Cathe w/o's, but then again I am seriously modifying everything these days so I can't expect too much. At least they are fun and keep me working out rather than turning into a coach potatoe.
My arms have just about recovered... So the PT was seriously right that my body needs all energy to go to my legs at the moment. Perhaps those 15min of foam rolling my lower body also put a lot of pressure on my arms. Those 15min feel like an hour of tricep work, trying to hold myself up while I roll.
