Hi ladies,

Today I did 69 minutes of Taebo, 58 minutes was the number 4 of his live advance series with wrist weights on, then 11 minutes was the Taebo Express Kicks. Total: 69 minutes.

Then I did 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I lost another pound this morning, YAY!! I am finding that I need at least 2 hours of a workout here at home to lose weight, sigh. I really miss the elliptical at the gym.

I'm with you - I just can't lose weight anymore. Exercise is just for the daily experience of joy! Diet is the only way I lose weight and I can't be bothered to try anymore.

Today I did Cathe's live cardio muscle. I really enjoyed it. Yesterday I did her live glutes and thighs workout. I really enjoyed that too. Love Cathe!

Hi all

Yesterday was a rest day and today was cardio core circuit live a 30 minute walk and yoga.

I gave up with trying to lose weight about 10 years ago. I have to restrict my diet way too much in order to lose and I'm just not willing to do that at this point in my life.

At least I know that I am not alone.

Rest day today. Oldest son dropped by, figured he lives alone can't do much harm. It was nice seeing him. Made this momma's heart feel really good.
