Wow, I am first... I actually got a workout in on a Saturday.. HURRAY for me!!

I did my Piloxing workout. Sweated some too, have a great weekend!!!:p:D
 
Happy Saturday! I slept in a tad and then did all 3 levels of Jillian's 30 day shred (I was inspired by Conni's amazing energy!). After that I cleaned the bathrooms. The weather is so gorgeous here that DH and I then took a walk around the State University Campus :D

I'm catching up with the laundry now, although I really wanted to go to the mall and walk around...maybe tomorrow ;)

wow! Tammy, all three levels? That's energy. I got a late start today as had to work til 2pm so didn't get home til almost 3pm. So far I have just done some cardio - 4DS kickboxing and 4DS bootcamp. I will do an ab circuit or two later or maybe some leg drills - that is if I don't get into the wine while (still) writing this darn paper.

Hurray for the weekend! Today I got in 20 min Turbo jam before going shopping with mom and sis.

Good Morning!

Today 4DS LIS/HIS is on the agenda. After that I have to finish the Saturday chores :rolleyes: and then I'm heading to the mall for some retail therapy :p

Carmen ~ I've really tried to clean up my diet the last month or so...I'm down 7 pounds :D I have also tried to walk more and I've added in a 2nd treadmill workout after work every day.....I still want to lose another 10.

It's Sunday and it's actually thundering outside. So far today I've done 4DS legs and the subsequent Ab workout (which I found interesting and tough) and then moved on to 4DS Bi-ceps and Tri-ceps. My bi-ceps are burning. Will do BodyMax 2 - cardio only - later on as I'm still in this fitness challenge all month and have to squeeze in as much fitness as possible. Foolishly lent my ballet conditioning to my sister for 2 weeks to try - ah well she took the kids to the movies yesterday.

Hi everyone late check in. Today I did intensity step only. Could not keep up too hot. I work out in the garage which was very hot today. Did most of it tho.
