Hi Lisa and all who follow,
Today I taught my High Energy Dance circuit to 7 ladies including one new younger lady for an hour.
Then I did 45 minutes of shoulder and leg weight work which included 7 minutes on the stair machine and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Hot one today, then it is supposed to cool off.
