Hi ladies

Today was Boxing, Hiit and Core Live. My shoulder is really barking from the UB workout yesterday. I guess I need to do more cardio for a few weeks.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Precision moves cardio and Weights workout to 7 ladies for about 48 minutes.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, my abs were sore from yesterday's abs.

Then I did 50 minutes on the elliptical set on the Interval workout this time and I added an extra 5 minutes so instead of 45 minutes I did 50.

Now I am home and have laundry to do and some cleaning.

Hi Everyone,

Today I worked out after work for 35 minutes. I did almost all of Cathe's Live 25 moves workout - her latest. It's really good and moves quickly.

sorry about your shoulder lisa. i am dealing with the same thing. i cannot do push ups or chest moves at all! i really must see someone about it.

i hope to see you all tomorrow if I can get up??? !!! it's been hard lately for me to rise and work out. it's not like me but i guess i just really need a good break.
