Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Precision moves cardio and Weights workout to 7 ladies for about 48 minutes.
Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, my abs were sore from yesterday's abs.
Then I did 50 minutes on the elliptical set on the Interval workout this time and I added an extra 5 minutes so instead of 45 minutes I did 50.
Now I am home and have laundry to do and some cleaning.
