Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 1 to 5 ladies for 47 minutes. This is a fun routine.
Then I did 16 minutes on the stair machine and then 50 minutes on the elliptical with 38 minutes of that going backwards (I started out backwards and kept going till I wanted to quit then switched to forward and finished up).
Ended with some floorwork abs.
