Blender- "All About the Bands: Chest, Back & Shoulders" - 29 min.
Blender- "Floor Legs & Lower Body # 3" - 22 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a 49 minute Midas MVMT heavy weight workout. Sweatfest, indeed. I hope you all enjoyed your long labour day weekend! In 4 weeks, it's Thanksgiving and another loooong weekend.

Nora - You do big workouts. It makes sense that your body needs a good rest. I'm the same - after a big workout, I pretty much have little to nothing left for the next day's workout. I need so much more recovery time now at my age

I was thinking I might try a short workout, not sure If I'm up to it so we'll see.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - Workout with me!-45 min Rhythm Ride + Encore = 53 Min

Hi ladies,

Today I laid in the sun for 85 minutes, that was all I could handle.

Then I did one of my own kickboxing workout because I really like the music. It was really a combo of 2 of my workouts because I didn't do weights with the original workout . It was about 55 minutes long. Hot, sweaty, dripping workout.

Nice workouts ladies.

Wow, it’s like close to 100 degrees here….I can‘t imagine being in the sun for 85 min.
You must have one terrific tan! :)
