Good morning ladies! Running behind, had a computer update, sometimes it takes
f o r e v e r!

Nice STS 2 Total Body workout this AM Siobhan! Welcome back! Hope you had a
nice trip.

Today's workouts:

Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Lower Body weights EMOM
Gliding- Active Aging Adult- dvd mix - 23 min
. (It's been ages since I pulled out this dvd, it was fun!
Interval Timer App workout- "Ski & Standing Abs Circuit" - 15 min.

That's it for today........need to pull out the vac!

Hi ladies,

Nice workouts you two!

Today did Cathe's Rock 'em Sock 'em Kickbox, just the 48 minutes of cardio. I wore either my wrist weights or the boxing gloves for at least 30 minutes of it then I took them off and finished with no weights. It got me sweating, that's for sure.

Everyday is on a day by day basis depending on what hubby wants to do.
