Today's workouts:
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Lower Body weights EMOM
Gliding- Active Aging Adult- dvd mix - 23 min. (It's been ages since I pulled out this dvd, it was fun!
Interval Timer App workout- "Ski & Standing Abs Circuit" - 15 min.
That's it for today........need to pull out the vac!
