Hi Everyone,

today I did Cathe live Upper body - chest/back/shoulders. 9 rounds. I loved it! I love Cathe. I added on a 15 minute jump rope body weight workout to finish things off.

Hi Ceci,

Today I had 2 ladies for class and we tried my Freestyle Disco workout using one of my new disco cds. Plus we had 2 songs of weights.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
