Today I had 6 for one of my circuit workouts can't remember the name. Boy ,though, did I feel it. Lots of shoulder work with a barbell, plus seated work for biceps and shoulders, barbell for biceps too. It was just over an hour and a sweatfest.
Then I did 35 minutes of heavy weight work, dumbbells for chest press and flyes, hammer curls, cables for upper body, back machine, leg press machine and floorwork for abs.
Dog is worse even with the medicine, sigh.
Nice workout. I see the kidney doctor tomorrow, praying that he likes the numbers and won't want to see me for 6 months.
