Good Morning Everyone,

Today my body was sore so I did a Cathe cardio live express and added on 10 minutes of MPL stretching.

Good Golly - Nora, Linda, Annette - you all do very looooooooooooong workouts. I mean, how do you find the time? the stamina? You are all inspiring me to do longer workouts which I used to do. Too much working has gotten in the way over the years.

Great workouts and great variety everyone. Linda - I love how you can just find 30 minutes of energy later in the day again to workout. Y'all must look pretty strong and fit!

Hi Siobhan, great job on CL Cardio Express & MPL stretch, both you & Nora are so good at doing extra dedicated stretches. I need to do better on that!

Since I am home now, more time on my hands! I tend to do workouts instead of what I
should be doing….still haven’t gotten it all worked out yet!

Great job Annette with your gym workout yesterday ( A big one!) & great job Nora with your spinning & dumbbell workouts with Kaleigh & Kelly’s CardioFit workout….WTG! As Siobhan said, you both are truly inspirational….

Siobhan- great job and WTG on your workout with Cathe cardio live express and added on 10 minutes of MPL stretching. Good for you getting in that stretching.
I have been trying to whittle down my workout time and I have somewhat but I need to do better. I don't work outside the home so working out has become my fitness mission especially with having Multiple Sclerosis.
Ms Strives to take away your ability to move and do things this is my way to fight back and this really helps this stress and any depression stuff.

I wanted to get in a Phoneix Nation 10 min Jump Rope workout but had to whittle it down and add stretching.
Way get in a efficient kick butt workout, high fives!;)

Hi ladies,

I don't work outside the home so I have the time. After you retire Siobhan you will have more time too.

Today I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes of weight work focusing on biceps and triceps, with 1 exercise for back, 2 for chest, and 1 for shoulders thrown in at lighter weights. Plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch.

Good job everyone! Keep it up!!
