IFit- "30 second Hiit Intervals" Elliptical workout -15 min.
IFit- "St. George Coast Interval Bike Ride, Bermuda" -16 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live - cardio & legs express with Sonja from Austria. I've done this one three times now. It's such a great short workout and tough! I added on a 15 minute upper body weight workout with Oliver Sjostrom (15 minutes). This was super challenging despite the lighter weights as it was 40/20. Time to stretch!

Annette - Woo hoo! You made it to the gym! BTW - checked out all of my dvd's. The only KB DVD I have it Dana Pieper's Everybody Fitness Kickbox Challenge -
I am actually surprised that I didn't have some old Cathe KB or boxing workouts. I must have given them away over the years.

Siobhan, that workout looks good. How long is it?

Today I came to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical and 12 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Need to do some running around.

Nice workouts ladies!!
 
Good morning everyone:)

I had a MS medication side effect. When I have those bad side effects it gives me a very intense flu-like symptoms complete with:
Chills, fever, body aches ( feel like I got worked ofver with a baseball bat), balance is very iffy, and difficulty sleeping. The good part is it only lasts 24- 48 hours.
When I first started on my MS drugs I got those side effects every time I injected which is once a week. Now it only happens once or twice a year.
So not feeling great today. I did have a workout scheduled in my workout calendar for today, but I think I need to rest. No workouts for me today.

Hi Nora, sorry that you are not feeling good from your meds. Rest & take it easy.
