Good morning fitness friends!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Fit Tower- Chest, Triceps & Shoulders" - 24 min.
STS 2-Body Parts: Back dvd mix - 20 min.
STS 2- Active Recovery dvd mix - 9 min.

That's it... hair trim later this morning, so I need to get it in gear! Have a happy day! :)
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more BB - yoga for 45 minutes. I added on a 15 minute BB meditation. My body needed the stretch!

Linda - we are both getting our hair "trimmed" today.

Nice to see everyone getting in their workouts yesterday!

Hi ladies,

Today was Taebo Cardio Flex (one of my new to me find at the 2nd hand book and video store) it was 46 minutes long and I sweated. I tried doing a short 15 minute KCM TLC premix but I stopped after 5 minutes just wasn't feeling it. So I am all worked out for today.

Nice workouts ladies.

KCM TLC - a short 15 min premix but I stopped after 5 minutes just wasn't feeling it- That is alright you worked out, it's all good. What did you think of Tae Bo Flex Cardio? I have that one.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Max Out Cycling Class= 20 Min

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 5-minute TABATA ENCORE cycling workout= 6 Min
Possible add-on not sure**

Insanity Max 30- Cardio Challenge= 33 Min

Nora, hi, the Taebo Flex was ok. Those earlier taebos weren't as cardio driven as his later stuff. I think of them as more an intermediate level. At the end when he broke down the flex moves, I was able to feel the move especially in my arms, my arms were shaking( but of course that could have been from the workout since he was doing this breakdown at the very end even after the cooldown). The kicks were good overall it was a nice workout , I have others that I prefer.
