Good Morning Ladies,

Today I barely had the motivation to work out. I am soooooooo sore from the last 3 days. It's actually challenging to walk down the stairs :( . Today I did a new workout: nobadaddiction - cardio + my own stretch = 30 minutes.

Linda - Nice mix yesterday!
Annette - Great job putting together a workout that supports your recovery WTG!
Nora - You got in a total body workout hitting strength and cardio :)
Nicki - I hope you enjoyed your evening and rest day :)

Nice workout Siobhan with nobadaddiction cardio - 30 min. I had to go & look that up on YT :) They have
alot of good workouts listed. Great job!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Tubing Sculpt" - 30 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Lower Body EMOM

Today, I did Jamie McKagan's newest Cardio Kickboxing workout on YouTube. It was 50 minutes of sweating with me modifying to a more moderate intensity but it was very good. Just wish YouTube would get rid of the commercials.

Oh and that hip thrust thing I tried yesterday gave my DOMS in my abs!!! I do have some arm DOMS so for a high rep/light weight workout that's pretty good.

Oh yeah, Yesterday's did seem like it could make one sore. I bet the kickboxing loosened things up not feeling so tight or sore. Amazing & fun stuff!:)
