Today I barely had the motivation to work out. I am soooooooo sore from the last 3 days. It's actually challenging to walk down the stairs. Today I did a new workout: nobadaddiction - cardio + my own stretch = 30 minutes.

Today, I did Jamie McKagan's newest Cardio Kickboxing workout on YouTube. It was 50 minutes of sweating with me modifying to a more moderate intensity but it was very good. Just wish YouTube would get rid of the commercials.

Oh and that hip thrust thing I tried yesterday gave my DOMS in my abs!!! I do have some arm DOMS so for a high rep/light weight workout that's pretty good.
