Hi Everyone,

Today I did more McFit Method Legs - pyramid style. Love this guy! Short workout today as I have to get my DD to the train station before 745am and get back to work for 830am - big feat for Toronto's morning traffic!

Hi ladies,

Today I had 1 lady so we tried the other new disco cd with the same moves as on Friday. Different lady though, I added some body weight moves to 2 songs. It was 56 minutes.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I did Pyramid down method so I started with 17.5 pounds for the shoulder press both arms and got the full 8 reps!!! Yay me!!! Down to 15 for 10 reps and 12.5 pounds for 12 reps. Similar weights for triceps and bicep curl(though did not start at 17.5), heavier weights for chest press and flies and hammer curls.

See the doctor this afternoon about my knee again, pray that she can feel the lump this time. Thanks.
