Good Morning Everyone,

Welcome Nora! We are soooooooooooo happy to see you both checking in with us. Yeah! The more the merrier. I've been on this check-in since late 2010 and Annette has been here since.... I can't remember. I live in Toronto.

Lots of workouts from everyone yesterday. Sorry to read you had computer trouble Nora. That is so frustrating! Glad you have your blender back up.

Today I did Cathe's High Step Challenge (the newest one - well new for the high steps). I managed 55 minutes of a 1:09 workout - running out of time. Remember those long workouts? Wow. It was enduring. lots of sweating. I will stretch now.

Hey Siobhan…great job with High Step Challenge…I like that workout too, except I rarely do a single workout lasting 1 hour…….I might do an hour or more total workout
time, but it’s usually 2 or 3 shorter ones…gotta have me some variety!!! :)

This AM I did CoffeyFit Raw Back workout, 25 min. And Interval Timer App workout that
was combo of kettlebell, step & weights - 28 min.

Hi ladies,

Welcome Nora!

Today I had to be quickish. I forgot about a post surgery oral surgeon I have at 12:30. But I managed to do 41 minutes of a new to me Taebo I found on YouTube.

Plan to lay in the sun once I get home again since this is the last good day to do so.

Nice workout everyone. Think I have been checking in since before 1999.

Great job Annette with your "new to you" Taebo on YouTube. Sounds like we both had dentist related visits
today. Mine was cleaning & xrays and news that I have to have a crown replaced :( Always something !
 
Add on 30 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Oral surgeon released me now I can get my implant crowns made. Yay!!

Sorry about you needing a replacement crown.
 
Hi Ladies,

I decided not to workout today and maybe rest of week. I have a Covid booster tomorrow and maybe if able a Flu shot . I have to take it easy as I just had my MS meds shot last night. So need to let my body rest a bit before a Covid Booster. The Covid Boosters I find I need three days including day 1 of shot before I feel ok again. So I desperately want to workout but need to take it easy so I can recuperate properly.

Hey Sioban, WTG on your Cathe High Step challenge workout. You rocked that workout. Oh boy 55 minutes is a long one. Its been a long while since I've done that one. You are a rock star,WTG!! High fives!!!:) I'm in Oregon so hello neighbor!

Linda- Awesome variety in your workouts. They always sound so fun. Amazing job on your workouts today with th following:
