CatheLive- "Cardio, Upper Body, Core Circuit - 42 min. (Good one!)
Blender Add-on: "STS 2 Total Body Sampler" - 12 min.

Sorry your workouts didn't happen yesterday Nora ! Things happen.....Perhaps today !

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I more Oliver Sjostrom - 45 minutes of cardio and added on his 5 minute cool down.

Linda - I don't mean to pull you back into the past but it's Wednesday :). I will try that Cathe live out. Sounds good!

Nora - sorry you missed your workout. I hope you can get something in today.
Annette - I will see what dvd's I have and share a list.

Ladies - I have lots of dvd's I no longer use and are up for grabs. I can't guarantee they are great but I'm happy to get rid.

Hey gals, my teal camo boxing gloves came today from Cathe!! I think they will work. Once I do a workout with them or take them to the gym for use with the heavy bag I will review further.
 
Yay Annette! I bet they are so cute! oh boy, a new toy at the gym……heavy bag &
Cathe gloves… :). All this talk about heavy bag workouts makes me think I need to put one on my upcoming schedule:). I have one of those free standing Century heavy bags.
