Good morning ladies, late start this morning, I didn’t have internet when I got up :(

Today’s workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- “4 Day Split: Biceps & Triceps” - 25 min.
KCM- “Cardio Sculpt Overload” - DVD Mix- Boxing only - 17 min.

Had to do the dvd workout first, & then discovered internet was going, so finished with CoffeyFit.

Hi ladies,

I made it through, can't exercise for 2 days. Very numb, already feeling some pain took half a pain pill. He said that I had a tiny hole in my sinus cavity that he fixed( could have happened when he tried to push the sinus cavity up) . Now I just need to heal. I felt the prayers, the numbing shots were much better this time around. Thank you for praying and thinking of me this morning.
 
So glad you're home and resting. Hope the pain will be minimal............gosh, don't worry about exercising.
that will just give more time for your favorites on YT to post new workouts for you to tackle when you can!!
 
Oh and yesterday I added the inner and outer thigh machines to my exercises and on top of the mouth pain, I have inner thigh DOMS, oh my!! And half my nose is numb along with my cheek and the bottom of my eye socket.

Along with the sinus lift and implant placement, he extracted a crown from the same area that wasn't being restored. He did a lot.

Annette, glad to hear your surgery went well! Always unpleasant when mouth work is done. Hope you are able to relax for a few days and hope the pain subsides!

Dang, you had a lot done!
 
Today I did ICE Chiseled Upper Body for 43 minutes and finished up with Lite Extended Stretch #2 doe 11 minutes. Was going to do the LMR Bonus #3 but my password would not work on Cathe On Demand. will have to figure out why so I can do it Friday.

Annette- Wow! So sorry to hear about your ordeal. Yikes!! That does not sound fun. I hope the pain pills and resting helps you to feel better. Rest is what you need now the workout can wait, just get better. I'm sending you some healing prayers. Take care and get some rest;)
