Good morning everyone,

I thought I'd start things off....

Today I did PUB again (I have to look good in a dress this weekend :)) + MIS first segment of hi impact cardio - it was around 30 minutes. I just love that workout! So fun and energizing!!!!!

Today was a rest day for me, but lately I feel the need to burn off energy so I did C&W today.

I just don't feel the love for the older Cathe hi/low that you do,...:(
 
Hi ladies I got in a 30 min workout with weights and cardio. My hubby is out of town for the week and I'm pulling double duty. :p
