Hi Siobhan and Geoff,
Today I had 3 ladies for my Lower Body Plate Extreme. It was 45 minutes.
Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps, plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Dog is better, not quite as chipper this morning. Hubby went to work, praying it goes well and he only has to work 3 days so that is a plus.
