Today's workouts:

Blender- Totally STS: Shoulders, Biceps, & Triceps - 33 min.
YT-Live Fitness- 5 min. Upper Body Kettlebell workout
Hydrow Circuit Training # 36- 20 min. Row & Bodyweight EMOM

I guess you all know by now that you can preorder 4 more new dvds by Cathe! I did preorder last night....
they are Kickboxing, Legs, Cycle & Barbell.

I did not know that but I jumped onthe band wagon and pre-ordered, thanks for the heads up;) I assume since Cathe already has the pictures and all on the dvd's that they have already filmed this, looking like the STS2.0 set. I can't wait for find out more on times etc.. the usual. exciting news and love the price.;);)

Jessica Smith- 10 Minute Walks- Buns & Thighs Walk= 11 Min
Les Mills Combat - Warrior 2 Lower Body Lean Out= 30 Min w/ 1pound weighted gloves
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - Best of 2022 = 44 Min

Hi ladies,

Today was cardio with a little bit of weights and floorwork. So I did 65 minutes on the elliptical and then I did the back machine, tried a new machine but it hurt my shoulders with no weight on it so not sure about it, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch. 25 minutes total for the weighted stuff and floorwork.

So again 90 minutes total workout time.

Nice workouts ladies. I need to check out the kickboxing workout of Cathe's.

that these were probably filmed not long after they finished STS2…

Rest day here everyone. Nice workouts today friends. I am excited about these new workouts. This is the first I've heard about them. I've got the blender so no pre-orders for me.
