Hi Everyone,

Today I did a blender workout of bi's and back. I added on 20 minutes of SSOD.

Feeling much better today.

Annette - yes, our weight can go up and down easily in a day. I don't have a scale and I don't weigh myself because it can impact my mood. I just go by my clothes - if they fit, great, if not - I buy new ones :) Frustrating, nonetheless, because you work so hard every day at fitness.

Melanie - what a doozy of a bug you had.

Lisa - I, too, wish i made more time for yoga. I meditate but only do yoga on occasion. hmmmm i hope i get inspired...

Hi all

Today was Cardio Boxing and Stability Ball Abs Live. It's one of my favorites.

Ceci - so glad that you are feeling better. I do not weigh myself either and do the same with my clothes.
Now that we are empty nesters we have more time on the weekends to get more walking, yoga and meditation in. I am so glad that my husband shares my love of fitness!

Annette- I don't know how old you are but it's tough as we get older. I workout 6 days a week and eat pretty well (organic, very little meat, etc) and I can barely maintain.

Melanie - how often do you have to travel for work?

I apologize if I don't respond to a question/comment made on a previous day post. I am still trying to get the knack of a new thread each day :)

It has been raining, gray and humid since last Friday. I will be SO happy to see sunshine when we are in Las Vegas next week :)

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Killer Kickbox routine to 4 ladies(remind me NOT to announce what the next class will be. Obviously nobody likes kickboxing as much as I do), for 42 minutes.

Then I did 26 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Then I did lat pull down, wide grip and under hand grip. I did the calf machine, and the rope pull and ended with stability ball abs. Very quick like 10 minutes because I have to get home to take son to work.

Power went out while on the elliptical [emoji44].

I am 54 and lost 42 pounds over the last 4.5 years mostly due to my lack of taste. I haven't changed anything so the gaining is a mystery to me.
