Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Killer Kickbox routine to 6 ladies for 45 minutes.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes. Nice total body workout.

Today was RWH Biceps Back Shoulders and bonus abs. I added on a yoga segment.
