Daily Check In, Wednesday Sept 9

Hi ladies,

Today was Cathe Live Leaner Legs. I will feel this one tomorrow. Didn't expect the cardio parts in that one, either!

Boss is back today and totally ignoring the situation as far as I can see. Another associate already was in his office today complaining about the goofball, should be interesting to see what happens.

Today was the Get Amped Taebo and then 45 minutes at the gym hitting chest, triceps, legs and abs.
I did 105 pounds on the barbell for chest press and got 6 reps in that is my highest weight.

Started today with just the barbell (45 pounds) for 16 reps then added 20 for 65 pounds at 12 reps then 20 more for 85 pounds at 10 reps then the 105 for 6 reps.

I will hit biceps and shoulders on Friday.
