Hi Siobhan,

Today we did the 3rd Split Series 20-20-20, which was Biceps and Triceps for 60 minutes. I had 4 ladies. Our bis and tris will feel it tomorrow.

Looked over Friday's workout then did 20 minutes of weights hitting chest, back, shoulders and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Now I am finished.
