Daily Check-In Wednesday Sept 7

Hey all. Workout done. Here I thought I was going to rest, but I felt energetic today. Did BC and felt great! I didn't attempt to do more b/c had a tough gym workout yesterday. Aiden kept getting up in my face & laughing during the abs which added quite the challenge ;)

Hi everyone,

This morning I did KickMax combos1-4 and IMAX3 step-only premix. A good one hour workout.

Wendy and Carole - I forgot to mention y-day that DH and I have already taken that "approach", and so far it's not working. Kind of funny that the way you start off this process is also the way they recommend you finish it :)

Laurie - I'd love to do that MIC/LM circuit some day, but I have them both on dvd, and only a single disk player. Have you tried LIS yet?

Jane - Yes, Step Jam is one of my favourite classic cardio workouts. It was my first Cathe workout, alongside Step Works and Power Max. And they do make a lot of noise, don't they? At least they're having fun!

Carole - I think I'm going to cajole my daughter to become a chiropractor. I want one in the family :)

Good Afternoon Fit Ladies,

I have not been consitently posting but I have been working out. I am doing my own thing here, a mix of P90X, Cathe and Turbo Jam. It is fun, Turbo Jam is making me lose inches off my tummy, I love the twist, row combo move.

Sun. P90X, chest, back, the ab ripper, TJ Cardio Party & Sculpt Jam.
Mon. I hiked the billy goat trail, about 2 hours.
Tue.Rest
Wed. P90X, shoulders, arms, ab ripper, TJ 20 minutes of cardio.
Thu. Imax 3, Pilates for legs & Glutes
Fri. Legs & Glutes, Ab Jam
Sat. Low Max

Sandra... I'm am simply amazed at your workouts here only days from delivery. You are one fit woman! I loved doing Step Jam the other day. I don't reach for the old ones enough. They are so much fun.

Just finished GS Legs subing for LL today on the Sept rotation. I added the LL ab workout from the Abs Hit DVD and there you have it.

My wobbly legs will now carry me to the kitchen for lunch. I need food!!!

Hey All! This morning I tried one of Franny Benedetto's step tapes, (2202) I got through the first section alright but the second section seemed to be coming at me too fast so I did the step part of the lower body blast premix from LIS. It was fun to do some new Cathe but it wasn't the intensity that we've come to know and love......I am jonsing big time for that darned announcement, how I long for more advanced w/o's}( :)

Nice workouts everyone, I gotta get back to work!x( :)

Sandra...All I can say is KEEP TRYING...it's fun so who really cares if it doesn't work, right?! ;) :) Actually...truth be told...it kinda became UN-fun towards the end because I was so heavy, lopsided and achey. It got increasingly more difficult to do that enjoyably. lol
 
Good Afternoon Fit Ladies!

A very late check-in for me today.

My workout today was just UGH!!! Today was supposed to be my running day followed by a lower body workout. Unfortunately, I pulled a muscle in my hip yesterday getting dressed of all things (WTH???) and it was still sore this morning.

So, no run today and a very weak attempt with PS: Strong Legs/Abs ---UGH!
