Hi ladies,

Today was Breathless Body the Edge 2, first time on this one. I did the whole thing, which I was proud of, especially with that end section of constant drills.

I liked it, it moved and wasn't too crazy.

I added the Ball workout from S90. Carmen - you are right, intense on the wrists.

I did notice Stephanie from BH Pure Strength ( the one that screams in agony ) is a background person on the Breathless Body workout. She still makes the faces, but thankfully she keeps her mouth shut!

Good morning everyone. I had a rushed morning. My eldest DD left for muskoka today with all the grade nines. sniff sniff. She will return Friday.

Conni - I like that workout. It's a bit puke in the bucket at the end for me but it moves quickly. Do you have her first one?

I did the first 41 minutes of Crossfire. I really like how this workout moves through so many different exercises. It keeps it interesting. This one is tough for me.

I will do abs tonight. Maybe more Supreme 90 Core Challenge. Maybe we could all try to do this workout 3xs/wk for the next couple of weeks to see how flat our tummies get. We can see how it fits into our schedules and report back.

I hope the rest of you get in a workout today.

I came home and did Core Max - workout 2 on the ball. It was good. I will keep up my ab work. I am seeing such serious results quickly.

Have a nice evg. I have about 2 hours of french homework???? DD's I mean.

Hi ladies can you believe its Wednesday already????

Not much time tonight so I did a bodyrock workout. 12 min intense, I'm dripping in sweat.

siobhan - I like the idea of the ab workout. SP 90 is hard on my wrists as the workout goes on, but I'll mix in Core Max.

My weight hit a 7-year low today. :)
I celebrated by increasing the resistance on my machine, now 14/16.

I played with egg whites for the first time. I just gently cooked up
a solid slab of white, put a slice of cheese on top, and called it an omelette. A little while later, I imagined it made my workout easier and more comfortable. Well, maybe it did! :)

I did Cardio, Core, and Cuffs. OK.
