Cardio on the rotation this morning, I did Christi's Totally Cool Step 2 and the Pilates add on.

Thank goodness it is Wednesday!

With my new shoes killing my feet I did the Get Amped Taebo workout with my weighted gloves on, I will have to break these suckers in or return them, I hate it when then change a good thing, sigh.

But at least I worked out. Have a great day!!:D
 
Great workouts ladies. I just finished ZCut #12. It took me 18 min to complete! It took her only 13 min. Great workout.
