Today was AWT - I did a new one for me, High Reps. I really like it, although my copy ( from a trade) skips towards the end, this one is right up my alley.
I typically workout in the evg on wednesday cos out late on tuesdays but... got up anyway today. I did the first two series of atletica - 36 minutes. i will do sts strength dvd tonight - bi's, tri's and shoulders.
I did a Circuit workout (total body) off of Exercise TV with Chris Freytag.. she is really good in this workout. I have done a walking circuit workout of hers and liked it too. I like this one better. I wasn't planning on doing a circuit workout today but I saw this and thought I would try it and ended up doing it.
Tomorrow will be Slow and Heavy doing some shoulders, chest and back. Though today she worked your shoulders quite a bit so they will feel it tomorrow.
