Hi all

Today was Legs with Weights and Barre. Another older Live workout that I have never done!

Super quiet today due to the Jewish holiday. My commute was next to nothing and there was no one in Starbucks!

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 1 workout to 6 ladies for about 53 minutes.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work for shoulder and legs including floorwork abs, legs and glutes.

I did 35 minutes of a very old Cathe Live Upper Body workout - from 2014. Good stuff on her Live. always.
