Good morning,

I forgot to check in yesterday.

Yesterday I did STS Meso 3 week 1 chest/back + X10 Cardio Blast. I am loving X10.

Today I did Flex Train. Some of those moves were tough.

Hi ladies,

DH is out of crisis mode, but is no better really. Hopefully in the next few weeks we get some alternatives to his current drug regimen and that will help.

Today was Xtrain Bis and Tris, and Core 1.

I like Flextrain, it felt new and different to me.

I did Cathe's CTX Kickbox for my cardio today. You know you don't realize how much standing and writing on a white board really wears on your arms and legs until you do it 2 evenings a week for 2.5 hours. My legs hurt, after my shoulder workout yesterday and then going to the school and writing on the board my arms hurt when I got home, sigh! :eek: It really takes a toll on you.

Anyway, I am enjoying it and it is nice to have students that 'want' to be there instead of my normal subbing in regular classrooms where the student 'have' to be there.:D
