Daily Check-in, Wednesday, October 8, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday due to an early morning dental appt. Today, however, I managed the following: 40 minutes of 2.0 total body giant sets + 10 minutes of growingananas day 11 bodyweight workout. I will do my own stretch.

Great to see everybody getting in a workout yesterday! WTG ladies.

Nice workout yesterday, Nora, (and a long one!) doing KCM 30MTF- Meltdown - Workout #1 Weights = 28 Min., Ab Hits- Workout #11 - PS Strong Legs & Abs = 7 Min
YT- Phoenix Nation- 20 Min Jump Rope Workout For Weight Loss = 22 Min
YT- Trainer Hub -Sandbag Workout for Beginners - Full Body Sandbag Circuit= 14 Min Uses 40 pound sandbag. What a great variety!

Nice workout this morning, Siobhan - 40 minutes of 2.0 total body giant sets & 10 minutes of growingananas day 11 bodyweight workout. That sounds like a great combo as well!

Today's workout: (only 1 today, cause it was a longer....one of Kelly's new Raw workouts)
CoffeyFit Raw- "Burn & Bands" - 52 min. I had to laugh to myself....Kelly's "trademark" is 30 Minutes to
Fitness" and anytime I see these longer workouts, I think to myself, "What happened to "30 Minutes" LOL!
but I really enjoyed it, didn't seem like 52 min. It is 5 rounds of 3 exercises..she repeats each round a
second time....each round is low impact cardio using egg weights (no boxing). lower body move with either
a fabric loop or firewalker loop, and upper body move with tubing.

Nice longer workouts today, good job!!

Today I found what I thought was another 'I Love Kickboxing ' workout with the same instructor as Monday but after the warmup of about 5 or so minutes it became more instructional than I wanted it to be so I switched. I found a Kombat Fitness workout 55 which I did not have listed that I had done before.

So I did the dubbed version of Kombat Fitness 55 which was 42 minutes of cardio plus the 5 minute warm up from the other workout so about 47 minutes total. I skipped the floorwork.

I am sweating and I opened up the windows to get a wonderful cross breeze.

YT- Kombat Fitness 55 for 47 min. I agree with Linda with That is a long workout
Plus an add on - of light weight work for shoulders, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch = 22 Min
