Hi Everyone,

Today I did more Caroline Girvan. I did her 20 minute bicep workout + 20 minutes of Epic day 1 no weight body weight. She is so fun! Love her workouts. Lilacsinspring - I think you posted about her or was it wasnotwas? anyway, I think one of you introduced me to her name. If so - thank you!!!!!!

P.S. can't wait for Cathe's new workouts to load.

Hi ladies,

Today we did my Interval 2 workout which is an hour with 2 ladies. One had never done it so she was feeling it.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
