I took a rest day yesterday and another one today. I tested negative for covid but I am under the weather - cold + bronchial infection (i get them :(). I just gotta take it easy.

Great workouts from you all yesterday. Makes me envious.

Hi ladies ,

Take it easy Siobhan, hope you feel better soon.

Today I did weight work heavy on biceps and triceps using dumbbells, cables, and barbells. There was also a smathering of back, shoulders and chest. Abd floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Plus 26 minutes on the elliptical for some added cardio.
I am beat .

Nice workouts ladies, keep up the good work!!

Oh and for you gals who use an elliptical, today I was using an older elliptical at the gym which is harder to use. So in an effort to speed myself up I started lifting my feet off the platform as I was coming up. I had to pay attention to my feet because this elliptical has a cut out for your foot and raised edging. As I was doing this I would start to go faster and I was using my legs and knees more.

Not sure if what I was doing is correct but I think I will feel it tomorrow.
