Hello Everyone,

Today I did my own EDT again - push-ups/KB swings/one-legged squats for a 15 minute block non-stop
and weighted squats + bent over rows for same - non-stop.

That was all I could manage. I didn't sleep well last night.

Glad to see a few of us checking in yesterday. Annette - ya! I don't get what that is about either. I can imagine you must feel frustrated as what the gym is doing just doesn't make sense!!????

Good morning Ceci, have a good day. Doing our "own" workout routines work great, I think it keeps you motivated....that's why I love the
workout blender so much, I can do the moves, segments that work for me and I will continue to do them....I did my Kickbox Conditioning
mix last night, and while doing it, I realized that I need to change it up, cause I have a segment or 2 that I didn't do as well, or care for, and
that in turn would probably keep me from doing it much. I will change it to suit my level of fitness, what I like, and that will keep me
motivated to continue to do it. (if that makes sense!) Everyone have a great day today !
 
Well gals, I got Fridays back [emoji1]! The new gal didn't show or even notify the gym that she wasn't coming so I got my Friday class back.


So today I did 17 minutes on the elliptical then taught my 51 minute aerobic circuit and ended with some legs and abs and one triceps exercise.

Now it is laundry max[emoji3].

I am actually subbing for the Zumba lady tomorrow morning but I get to do my own workout so it doesn't need to be Zumba, whew!

Hi Ladies,

I missed a couple of check-ins. Monday was busy with trainings and I was meant to finally have the physio aptmt for my shins and then they cancelled it by email 40min before it was to take place. I was not happy abt that! First they mess up with the communication one week and there's no aptmt and now they cancelled via email as a group instructor was ill so the physio was taking over that slot. Grrr. Seeing it was an email not a text or a phone call, I had already driven there only to find out it was not happening. They offered a time an hour later but that did not work as I had kids to pick up and drive home etc.

On top of my bad luck with the physio I was really not feeling good. My cold has gotten a lot worse so when I finally got home I rested.

Tuesday was another day where I was under the weather... And had a long day at work so I just got my steps in. Even walking hurts my shins... Which is exactly why I wanted to see a physio.

Wednesday I gave 2 trainings again, got my steps in and I did Xtrain Burn Sets Back & Bi's.

Today (Thursday) I have a new physio aptmt, at a different practice. I lost faith in the other place after those two failed aptmts. Hopefully I will learn what I can an cannot do until it's healed and as it's a sports physio he should understand working out one day a week is not an option. We'll have to wait and see... First I must work some hours.
