Blender- Bar, Bands, Ball & Bells # 2 - 27 min.
Blender- Sync Split Circuits (step & weights) - 22 min.
STS Ab Circuits- Workout # 6-Med Ball Abs - 10 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Wow Linda - are you naming those blender workouts? If so, very creative! What a variety today!!!

Today I did Supercuts. Wow. That was actually challenging. Sure, I used a bit higher weights than Cathe at times but it's enduring and I am sweating.

It's Thanksgiving here this weekend. I am not travelling to Ottawa due to my DH being so busy with work that he can't get away. Plus, my eldest DD is coming home as she finally got a job that has weekends off! It's her first real career job and she is loving it. That said, I have to host a whack of people for dinner which will consume the rest of my week. Yeah :(

Also, what happened to all the check-in's we used to have on Cathe? I mean there used to be so many and now it's like there is only a few of us left. Am I misreading the situation? Our check-in helps keep me accountable to my fitness goals, exposes me to the variety of instructors out there and keeps me motivated to see my fitness friends :).

LOL, yes, Siobhan, I have to name each one! With so many blender workouts, it gets
hard sometimes…that’s why there are a lot of #2’s, 3’s, etc…..

Overall, I think Cathe’s forums are very quiet……Not a lot of chatter about new workouts
or upcoming ones either, or at least not like it used to be in past years….I guess the
excitement isn’t what it used to be, and it seems everyone is so busy, etc. anymore.
kind of sad, in a way….

Today was 62 minutes on the elliptical and 12 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Siobhan, what does your daughter do as her career?

elliptical ? I remember that the ellipticals at the Wellness Center had programmed
workouts on them if you wanted to do that.
 
Hi Linda,

Basically I put it on the Fat Burn mode and just go, not a fast pace but steady and I can go backwards to and change the elevation and level (level is set before you start but you can change it during the workout). Today I did have trouble getting my heart rate up so not sure what was up with that.
 
That sounds fun…. I don’t know about your heart rate, but doing that elliptical for 62
min., you surely got something up!!! :). Nice job.
 
Hi ladies,

I wan't feeling well today and did not sleep well. I had a less intense side effect to last ights MS iweekly injection. I did have a hair cut appointment today. I thought I might feel up to a worklout after a haircut but still feeling a low grade fever and gneral fatigue. So no workout today. Good job on all your workouts done today, bravo ladies!
