Hi ladies ,

I was all by myself yesterday in the check in.

Today I went to the gym early because I took son to work. At the gym I did 12 minutes on the stair machine, then about 17 minutes of leg work and floorwork abs and legs, then I taught my Disco circuit to 8 ladies for 52 minutes.

I am beat!![emoji44][emoji28]

Hi ladies

Yesterday was Solid Cardio plus Hiit Live and today was a WB mix of Cardio Superset and All Out LI Cardio Hiit. I tacked on some yoga afterwards.

Sorry Annette I was busy yesterday and could not find the daily thread.

Oh and 20 minutes on the elliptical machine before my class also. Forgot that.

Hi Everyone,

Rest days this week. I was under the weather for monday and tuesday and had to be across the city for 8:15 am this morning which meant on the road by 7:15 am and no workout. Toronto is one big city.
