Happy Hallowe'en Everyone!

Good Morning friends in fitness. Today I did a short WB workout of legs and added on PUB of shoulders. Short but to the point. I am having exercise burnout and find myself slow to get going in the morning.

Anyway... have a great day. it's raining. I hope the rain lets up for the trick-or-treaters tonight. My 17 year old and her 18 year old friend still trick-or-treat! My DD gives most of the candy to me so I can donate it to a drug treatment program. The clients go crazy for the volume of candy that spills out on the table.

Lisa - I gotta check out that workout!

Ceci that is so funny that your daughter still trick or treats. We get so many less kids then you used to! I have been experiencing some burnout as well. I am having a hard time deciding what to do anymore.

Today was Fitness Fusion Live which is great. I know I say that about all the Live workouts but this was a mix of boxing, Hiit, leg conditioning drills and core. All in 53 minutes!

Hi ladies,

Today I taught one of my new Kickboxing workout . I named it Kickbox Fun with Add Ons. It is a layering type workout that I think went well. Though I started with 8, 1 lady left after finding out that it was all kickboxing. Then 3 more left during the workout so I ended up with 4. And they all liked it. It was roughly 40 minutes.

I quickly did lat pull downs, leg press machine, and inner and outer thigh machines.

Had to come home and take son to work.
