Today I taught my aerobic circuit and also did 15 minutes on the elliptical and then 25 minutes of weight work including abs and legs.

Hi ladies,

This week is not going according to plan. My calves were feeling somewhat less tight to start with today so I had thought I could w/o tonight. But after 3 hrs of bball training, only walking around and joining in with some dribble and passing drills my shins were burning. Bohoo.... A sign to take it easier.

Also, my PT had recommended I see a podo therapist to get my feet checked so I had managed to get an appointment for tonight. After dinner I hoped on my bike and went to see that therapist. It was meant to be a 45min meeting but it took twice as long! He did so many things, incl. a 3D scan of my feet to make insoles to help me with some of my issues. Unfortunately he also wants me to see my GP to get tested fro arthritis. So as if being limited in my w/o's wasn't bad enough, who knows what will happen with my crocheting. I know it runs in my family and I have ignored signs to see someone about it, but based on what I heard today also regarding my feet I really need to get it checked.

Now I am off to bed to read... At least that is one love they cannot take away from me right now.

Hopefully I will feel more optimistic tomorrow and enjoy a low impact w/o of some sort as I am still allowed to w/o just no running, jumping, high impact or on my toes.

Hey there to all the other girls! Hope you are feeling okay, aquagirl. ((take gentle care of yourself)) Glad to read that your calves are a bit better after your tx Henriette .....that's a good sign! I hope you do not have an issue with arthritis.

Today I did LIVE Lean Lower Body ......whoa, my inner thighs! :eek: I was going to do some shoulders, but that w-o is plenty for me!
 
Hi Everyone,

I had to take a rest day today. I am coming down with a cold and just don't have the energy. Love everyone else's workouts. Henriette - goodness, I hope you figure things out quickly and that you don't have arthritis. geesh.

I hope to see you all tomorrow.
