Hi Everyone,

Today I did another quick 40 minute workout of PUB biceps + fit split biceps and added on 25 minutes of GCN cycling from youtube.

Hi ladies,

Today I changed what I had planned to do and did my Disco circuit 2 class and had 11 ladies.[emoji3] That was 52 minutes.

I came home and worked about 15 minutes on one of my new workouts, but my legs literally feel like jelly so I stopped and am eating something.

I probably need to slow things down some, sigh.

Burst of energy, in skinny jeans and booties I did the 25 minutes of cardio on one of my new workouts and then typed up the workout.

Then I typed up a 2nd workout also.

My son still needs to burn 3 more cds for me and one group of songs I haven't even begun to put moves together for it.
